Don't know How they got 4.1 star in reviews may be fake. Recently i stayed there on 10&11 February.The rooms were not maintained properly. The cupboard was with only one door unable to close it. Toilet seat was dancing with a broken screw. Rusty Health faucet. Bathroom exhaust and shower was not working.I brought lunch it was average. Not worth for money only limited menu.They claimed its a four star hotel. We hope some minimum standard in 4000-6000 range.no use of saying good words after i lost my peace,Time and money, my rating is just a warning message for new customers

The place is located on the main road from Nagapattinam and is hard to miss. The rooms were very spacious although requiring some maintenance. The restaurant menu is very restricted with not adequate staff. I do hope the management focus more on improving the operations to commensurate with the great infrastructure that they have in place with a good swimming pool, a huge car park, big and spacious rooms etc.

1. Hotel did not inform restaurant closes at 9.30pm. Neither they recommend any other restaurant. Therefore, this hotel is happy if customer is hungry and sleeps without food ! 2. Smelly room untill you start AC. 3. Too noisy central AC. 4. We ordered prawn gravy = full of chlorine or some other chemical, may be the water here has chemicals Rooms are spacious but alas.. Never coming back, atleast to this hotel. Goodbye.

Rooms have to be renovated, leakages in washrooms, less staff. Rates for food and stay are reasonable Surrounding areas , gardens ,and swimming pool require maintenance. Lights in rooms are poor, no light consumables seem available. Overall if all of the above is taken care of, the hotel will be the best holiday home
